1. Exchanges
Array Street accepts exchange requests within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for an exchange:
The item must be unused and unworn.
The item must be in its original condition.
The item must not have been washed, altered, stained, or damaged after delivery.
Original tags, labels, and packaging should be retained where applicable.
Proof of purchase or order details may be required.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
2. Wrong Size or Wrong Design
If Array Street sends you a wrong size or wrong design compared with the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
After verification, you may choose either:
An exchange for the correct size or design, subject to availability; or
A full refund, including the delivery charges paid for the order.
Where the issue is caused by an error on the part of Array Street, we will assist with the return process.
3. Refunds
Cash refunds are not available for changes of mind or customer preferences.
However, if Array Street has sent the wrong size or wrong design, you may request a refund within 14 days from the date you receive your order, subject to verification.
Approved refunds will include:
The amount paid for the product; and
The delivery charges paid for that order.
Refunds will normally be made through the original payment method, where applicable.
4. Change of Mind
If you change your mind after placing an order, Array Street does not provide a cash refund.
However, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the exchange conditions and product availability.
This includes requests for:
A different size
A different design
A different style
Other customer preference changes
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact Array Street as soon as possible.
Please provide your order details and photographs or other relevant evidence of the issue when requested.
After reviewing the issue, Array Street may arrange an exchange or refund depending on the circumstances and product availability.
6. Non-Eligible Items
An exchange or refund may not be accepted where the item:
Has been worn or used.
Has been washed.
Has been altered or modified.
Has stains, damage, or other signs of customer use.
Is missing applicable original tags or packaging.
Is requested outside the applicable exchange or refund period.
7. Return Shipping
If an exchange or return is required because Array Street sent the wrong size or wrong design, Array Street will be responsible for the applicable return arrangements and related delivery costs.
For customer-requested exchanges, such as a change of mind or preference for another size or design, applicable delivery or exchange-related costs may be borne by the customer.
8. Processing Time
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, Array Street will notify you regarding the status of your exchange or refund.
Approved exchanges and refunds will be processed within a reasonable processing period after the returned item has been received and verified.
Please note that the time taken for a refund to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
